A month of incredible performances culminated last night at the Roundhouse in London, as Katy Perry took the stage for the finale of the iTunes Festival!
Katy is getting set to release one of the falls most anticipated albums, Prism, and she showcased some of the new material during her set. She opened with a new song called ‘Walking On Air’, which she just made available online for fans earlier that morning.
From there, she blazed in to a medley of her smash hits ‘California Gurls’ and ‘Teenage Dream’, which electrified a jam packed audience that included fellow pop starlet Ellie Goulding and actress Anna Kendrick.
The hits continued with ‘I KiSSED A Girl’, her new song and instant fan favourite ‘Dark Horse’, and ‘Part Of Me.’
Katy also treated the fans in attendance and the people watching online worldwide, to a debut performance of the new ballad ‘By The Grace Of God.’ ‘You’re all hear experiencing a new song that isn’t on the internet,” said Katy as she introduced the track.
‘Wide Awake’ and ‘Firework’ received massive cheers from the London crowd who were singing along to every word all night, and she wrapped her set with the current smash hit ‘Roar’, which resembled the boxing inspired performance she gave at the VMAs.
